 Take Action Today – Send a Postcard and More
Hemp History Week is about political action. We hope to generate 50,000 hand-signed postcards addressed to President Obama and Attorney General Holder, as well as getting thousands of more people to send a virtual postcard online.
Get involved today by taking the following simple and quick actions:
• Print out and mail a postcard to send a message that you support hemp farming in America. (PDF file 756k) The file has easy instructions on how to print, fold, cut and tape together a postcard on a regular sheet of paper.
• Send a Virtual Postcard to President Obama and Attorney General Holder with Vote Hemp's email system.
• Write a letter or email to your representatives asking them to become co-sponsors of H.R. 1866, the Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2009, or thank them if they already are.
• Writing letters to the editor of your local newspapers is also a great way to help educate people.
