Come celebrate Hemp History week at Boone Creek Outdoors!

Guests will take a guided hike on a ~ 2 mile loop past the historic Cleveland-Rogers Mill. Eli Cleveland was one of the first industrialists in Fayette County during the early 1790's. This site was publicized in the Kentucky Gazette for the purpose of milling hemp. Hikers will experience the unique and beautiful palisades region of central KY and gain knowledge about the area's hemp history in one of the most historic areas in all of Lexington!
