Hemp Sovereignty Victory

1pm PM - 3pm PM

W2166 County Road Hwy VV

A 21 year journey for tribal sovereignty results in tribes being able to make their own laws to govern hemp production through the 2018 Farm Bill. How did this happen?

Come see the documentary that started it all, Standing Silent Nation, about a Lakota hemp farmer named Alex White Plume who grew hemp to help his people on Pine Ridge.

Lunch will be provided and a discussion will follow after the showing.
